What skills did you gain or build upon during your role?

I built on my communication skills with others from around the whole of University, I learnt how to be organised, share my opinion to help others and work on my time management skills.

What impact has this had on your work, education, or day-to-day life?

I finished University in 2015 and by 2017 I had graduated as a PE Teacher. I now work in an incredibly successful school, a strong department and teach from Year 1- Year 13. Without broadening my experiences throughout my time at Trinity, meeting new people and trying to help others I wouldn’t be in the position I am today!

Tell us your favourite thing about the Students' Union!

It was an escape whilst I was at University, if I had an issue, needed an escape or a laugh...that’s where I went!
