Engagement Manager
We are looking for an Engagement Manager to oversee and direct the Activities, Advice and Representation and Democracy teams of L TSU.
Joining our Leadership team you will ensure that we build a sense of belonging for our students during their time at LTU, that we support, develop and represent our students and student leaders, and that key events such as Welcome week(s), Elections and awards are successfully delivered.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with clear leadership qualities, and a drive to succeed and grow. You will demonstrate a focus on increasing (and deepening) engagement and impact, and building satisfaction within our volunteers and our staff team.
You will be able to build and maintain great relationships with our varied stakeholders, seeking out partnership opportunities within the University and externally in order to diversify and support the opportunities LTSU offers.
Days and Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Salary: £30,855
